Project Anconcito

Bringing clean water to schools in Anconcito, Ecuador in conjunction with FIMRC.

Description of the two projects.

The Luisa Martin 2017 water purification project, was our first project in Anconcito Ecuador. Luisa Martin has approximately 324 students ranging from kindergarten to early middle school. At Luisa Martin, a water fountain and UV purification system were installed to proved clean drinking water to the students. Six students and our faculty advisor, Dr. Thomas, were the main team members on this project. Photos from the trip can be seen below in the gallery.

The Cesar Rohon 2018 water purification project, was our second project in Anconcito Ecuador. Cesar Rohon has approximately 1149 students ranging from kindergarten to early middle school. At Cesar Rohon, a similar water fountain and UV purification system were installed to proved clean drinking water to the students. Five students and our faculty advisor, Dr. Baldwin, were the main team members on this project. Photos from the trip can be seen below in the gallery.
